Many images I create necessitate careful planning along with time and patience. At the other end of the spectrum are the shots that require instinct and rapid reflexes. This shot of the cat entailed some of each. I waited for the cat to do something more interesting than just standing on the restaurant sign. This was provided when she sat down and licked her chops. Then I composed and shot quickly to capture her “saying” Delicious!
