I scouted the Amalfi coast for a couple days to find the right location and lighting with the intention of capturing sunrise on a seaside town. The morning I chose was stormy with fast moving clouds. Though it tried my patience and made shooting difficult, it was worth it for the spotlight effect of the sunrise and added drama in the sky for this portrait of a Mediterranean morning.
