The Amalfi Coast is spectacular during the day but that’s how everyone normally sees it. I wanted something more. I searched the coast for a vantage point to capture the sunset just as the town was turning on its lights for the evening. I composed this image with the sea on one side and the flowers on the other to mimic the deep blues and fucia of the sunset’s afterglow.
