Desert Sweet Light
I was driving down a dirt road in the Sonoran Desert scouting for wildflowers. The sun had almost set when I happened upon this medley of various cacti. I literally ran to this spot to compose my shot since the optimal light was fading rapidly. Instead of the wildflowers being the primary aspect of the shot they became a framing element to augment the cacti bathed in the “sweet light” of the setting sun.
